Plumber was found as a feral kitten at the Plumbing Warehouse. After being trapped and taken to the Neighborhood Vet Clinic, it was discovered that he had a genetic defect and was born without eyelids. The staff worked to tame him and get him healthy. Following many hours of treatment and care, Plumber became the most spoiled and loved clinic cat in town! As mayor, Plumber promises to lead with his eyes wide open and keep West Monroe purring!!
